Tax planning for individuals and families, all year. Not just in April.
Your return, your estimates, your notices, and someone who already knows your file when you call. From $200 a month.
Once a year isn't enough anymore.
A bonus changes your withholding and nobody tells you until you owe. A letter from the IRS arrives in September and your preparer is closed until January. You sold stock, started a side business, or inherited a rental, and the question of what it does to your taxes waits for someone's busy season.
A subscription means those questions get answered when they come up.
What's included for you
Your return, and your state's
Federal and state returns, with the forms from your job, your investments, and your retirement accounts.
Estimates and withholding, set on purpose
We set your estimated payments and check your withholding during the year, not after it.
Notices, handled
IRS and state letters on returns we prepared are answered as part of your subscription. We hold a power of attorney so you don't have to make the call.

Why a subscription for a personal return
A once-a-year preparer charges less and disappears until next year. We cost more because we stay: your withholding set in March instead of discovered in April, your notice answered in September, your question about selling the house answered before you sign. If the cheapest return is what you want, we are not the right firm, and we will say so.
Let's find out what you're carrying.
Thirty minutes, no charge. Tell us what you own and who handles it today, and we will tell you straight whether we can help.
