One fee.
All of it.
Here’s exactly what our subscription covers, and what it doesn’t. Click any picture to see how that part works.
Payroll Administration
Payroll administration inside your own payroll account, with certified payroll reports available for contractors.
Bookkeeping
Your books kept current every month, or the books your team keeps, checked every month.
Tax Planning & Preparation
We plan with you during the year, then prepare the returns that plan built.
Your Tax Savings Strategy
Where every client starts: a written look at your returns, your companies and your books.
Portal, Access & Security
Answers within one business day, and a secure portal so nothing sensitive goes by email.
IRS Letters & Transcripts
Your IRS records watched every year, and letters about our returns answered at no extra charge.
NOT IN THE BASE FEE
Two things that aren’t in the base fee.
Certified and prevailing-wage payroll reporting
Ordinary payroll administration is part of your subscription. Certified and prevailing-wage reporting is priced on its own line, per active project, and any prevailing-wage work places you on Enterprise. It is the heaviest work we do every week: weekly reporting, fringe calculations, split classifications, multi-state crews, and the correct wage determination on every job. You see the number before you sign.
IRS exams, balances owed and unfiled years
Routine IRS and state letters about returns we prepared are answered as part of your fee. Exams, balances owed and unfiled years are handled for subscribers through IRS Appeals and quoted up front, before any work starts. We don’t take stand-alone cases. See how IRS exam work is priced.
What we hand off, on purpose.
Reviewed or audited financial statements. If your surety or your bank requires them, that work must be done by an independent CPA firm, and we’ll introduce you to one. You engage them directly.
Legal formation. I advise on the right tax structure, and we file the S-election and the EIN. But the articles, the operating agreement, and the legal side belong with an attorney, and we’ll coordinate with yours or refer you to one.
Tax Court. I represent clients before the IRS through Appeals. Court cases go to a tax attorney, and I stay on as your preparer.
Lender and bonding packages. Financial statements with an opinion behind them, and the packages a bank or a bonding company asks for, come from a firm that does that work. We introduce you to one and keep working alongside them.
Let's find out what you're carrying.
Thirty minutes, no charge. Tell me what you own and who handles it today, and I’ll tell you straight whether I can help.
