One fee.
All of it.

Here’s exactly what a Haga Advisory Group subscription covers, and what it doesn’t.

Included in every subscription.

Bookkeeping — or monitoring yours

We keep your books month to month, or we monitor the ones you keep. If what’s off before it compounds. Your call. Either way, someone here is looking at your numbers every single month.

Payroll administration

We handle the payroll process inside your own payroll account. You remain the employer of record, you fund your payroll, and you remit your own payroll taxes — your money never passes through us. This covers your ordinary payroll. Certified and prevailing-wage reporting is available on its own line for contractors.

Year-round tax planning

Real moves, made while there’s still time to make them: entity structure, owner compensation, equipment timing, retirement plans, state-level elections that cut what you send your state, and cost segregation where the buildings justify it. Quarterly or monthly depending on your tier.

Every return you file

Every business return, every owner's personal return within your level, and your state returns, prepared as part of the same fee. No March surprise invoice.

Your IRS transcripts, watched

Once you subscribe, you sign a power of attorney for yourself and each company, and we pull your IRS transcripts when you join and every year after, so an unfiled year, a missing payment, or an IRS flag shows up to us before it shows up in your mailbox. If you already have a preparer or attorney on file with the IRS and want them to stay, give us a copy of their authorization; a new power of attorney replaces the old one unless the copy is attached.

Year-round access

A question in July gets an answer in July. You’re not buying an hour of somebody’s time every time something comes up.

IRS letters, answered

Routine IRS and state letters about returns we prepared are handled as part of your subscription. Nobody gets a bill for a letter.

A secure client portal

Every document, every signature, every conversation in one place, with controlled access. Nothing important lives in email

Your information, protected

Everything you send us moves through a secure client portal, never by email attachment. Client information is handled under a written information security plan and is never shared except as you authorize or as the law requires. Our privacy policy says exactly what we keep, for how long, and who can see it.

Certified and prevailing-wage payroll

Ordinary payroll administration is part of your subscription. Certified and prevailing-wage payroll is not — it is priced on its own line, per active project, and any prevailing-wage work places you on Enterprise.

That is deliberate. It is the heaviest work we do every week: weekly reporting, fringe calculations, split classifications, multi-state crews, and the correct wage determination on every job. We do it in-house, we do it weekly, and you see the number before you sign. It is usually the reason a contractor called us in the first place.

IRS and state resolution.

Exams, balances owed, and unfiled years, handled for subscribers through IRS Appeals. We don't take stand-alone cases.

What we hand off, on purpose.

Reviewed or audited financial statements. If your surety or your bank requires them, that work must be done by an independent CPA firm — and we’ll introduce you to one. You engage them directly.

Legal formation. We advise on the right tax structure and we file the S-election and the EIN. But the articles, the operating agreement, and the legal side belong with an attorney, and we’ll coordinate with yours or refer you to one.

Tax Court. We represent clients before the IRS through Appeals. Court cases go to a tax attorney, and we stay on as your preparer.

Lender and bonding packages. Financial statements with an opinion behind them, and the packages a bank or a bonding company asks for, come from a firm that does that work. We introduce you to one and keep working alongside them.

Let's find out what you're carrying.

Thirty minutes, no charge. Tell us what you own and who handles it today, and we will tell you straight whether we can help.
