Find out where you stand. In writing.
A paid strategy of your returns, your entities, and your records: what is set up wrong, what is missing, what is costing you, and what we would do about it. Yours to keep either way.
What it is.
It is called a Tax Savings Strategy. It is a piece of work, not a sales presentation. We look at what you have actually filed and how things are actually set up, and come back with findings you can act on, with us or without us.
It is how we start with every client, and how we quote you correctly.
What’s in it.
• Your IRS transcripts, later. We do not pull them for the Strategy. They are pulled during onboarding, once you subscribe, and checked against everything we found.
• Prior returns. Two to three years, looking for errors and things that were missed.
• An entity map. For businesses: every company, who owns it, what it files, and what is missing.
• Your books. What shape they are in and what it would take to bring them current.
• What we would change. The specific moves available to you, in plain English.
• Your quote. The monthly subscription, built line by line, plus any catch-up work.
| Individuals | Businesses | Several companies | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fee | From $200 | From $2,500 | From $9,000 |
| Prior years | 2 | 3 | 3 |
| Entities | Your return and household | Up to 2 companies and their owners | Every entity you own |
| Delivery | 1–2 weeks | 2–4 weeks | 4–6 weeks |
Prices shown are starting prices. Prices vary by state, and your quote may be higher depending on where you live and what you own.
Business fees are lower when your team keeps the books and we would be monitoring them. The fee is always one month of the base price for your level.
One month's subscription. Comes off your first month if you sign within five business days.
If you become a client within five business days of receiving your findings, the whole fee comes off your first month. If you don't, you keep the findings and we part on good terms.
It isn't free, and that's deliberate. A free one is a sales call. This is work.
We take a limited number at a time.
Every Strategy is done by Virginia personally, and we don’t stack them. You’ll get a firm delivery date when you book, and we’ll tell you honestly if the next opening is a few weeks out.
If you’re up against a deadline — an IRS deadline, a filing date, a closing on a property — say so on the intro call and we’ll tell you straight whether we can meet it.
What you’re buying, and what you’re not.
The Strategy is a set of findings and recommendations. Carrying the recommendations out isn’t included — that’s what the subscription is for. If you’d rather implement them somewhere else, the document is yours to take.
You never sign an IRS form to get a price
We will ask to see your last two or three years of returns, and your books if you keep them. That is how we know what you have actually been paying and where the money is going, and we cannot quote you honestly without them.
What we will not do is put anything on file with the IRS in your name. No power of attorney, no transcript pull, nothing signed with the agency — not to give you a quote, not for the Strategy, and not until you have signed on as a subscriber. The Strategy is built from your returns and your records.
Once you subscribe, you sign a power of attorney for yourself and each company, and we pull your IRS transcripts as part of onboarding. You do not have to log in to the IRS or download anything. One thing to know: a new power of attorney replaces any earlier one the IRS has on file for the same years. If you have a preparer or attorney you want to keep on file, give us a copy of their authorization and we attach it so it stays in effect. Without the copy, the IRS treats ours as replacing it.
If you decide the subscription is not for you, your documents are deleted ninety days after we deliver your findings. Our privacy policy says exactly what we keep and for how long.
Four things we put in writing
Three moves, or there is no fee. If your Tax Savings Strategy does not identify at least three specific moves you can actually put in place, you do not pay for it. Not a discount. No fee.
The Strategy fee comes off your first month. Sign within five business days and it is credited against month one, so you never pay for the same work twice.
Your first month, or your setup fee back. If the first month is not what you expected, say so before it ends and we refund the onboarding fee and part ways. No argument, no exit interview.
Our negligence, our responsibility. You always pay the tax itself and any interest. But if a return goes in late or a deposit is missed because of our negligence, after you sent us what we needed on time and the money was there, that penalty is our responsibility, not yours. It is in the agreement, not just on this page.
Let's find out what you're carrying.
Thirty minutes, no charge. Tell us what you own and who handles it today, and we will tell you straight whether we can help.
