IRS LETTERS & TRANSCRIPTS

An IRS letter shouldn’t ruin your week.

When you subscribe, I keep an eye on your IRS records every year. If a problem is coming, I want to see it before it shows up in your mailbox. And if a letter does come about a return I prepared, you send it to me and I take it from there, at no extra charge.

HOW IT WORKS

Three things happen once you join.

1. You sign a power of attorney — For yourself and each company, at onboarding. If you already have a preparer or attorney on file with the IRS and want them to stay, give me a copy of their authorization. A new power of attorney replaces the old one unless the copy is attached.

2. I pull your IRS transcripts — When you join and every year after. An unfiled year, a missing payment or an IRS flag shows up to me early.

3. Letters come to me — Snap a photo and send it through the secure portal. Routine IRS and state letters about returns I prepared are answered as part of your fee. Nobody gets a bill for a letter.
