Multi-entity tax planning for owners of several companies. One firm. One monthly fee.
Your operating companies, your holding companies, your partnerships, and your own return, handled together by a firm that sees how they connect.
Every company has its own person. Nobody has the whole picture.
One company's books are current. Another's stopped two years ago. Money moves between companies with no paperwork behind it. Different preparers file different returns, extensions every year, and the K-1s show up after your personal return was due.
None of that is unusual. It is what happens when a business grows one entity at a time. It is also where IRS exams start, because the story across the returns does not match.
What's included for you
An entity map
Every company, who owns what, what files where, and what is missing. Kept current as you add or close entities.
Books for every company
We keep them, or we monitor the ones your bookkeeper keeps. Money moving between companies gets documented as it happens, not reconstructed at year end.
Every return, on one calendar
Each business return and your personal return, prepared together so the numbers agree, with planning across all of them.
How your price is built
Your subscription starts from our business base and adds a line for each company, property, and state. You see one monthly number; we will show you exactly how it was built.
Example. Three operating companies, two real estate LLCs, one owner return, and we keep all the books: $11,600 a month. Everything above, all year, every return.
Prices shown are starting prices. Prices vary by state, and your quote may be higher depending on where you live and what you own.
Worth saying up front
Cleanup is priced separately. If some of the books are behind or returns are unfiled, we quote bringing them current before we start, and spread it over your first three months.
A nonprofit is its own client. If you sit on the board of a charity, we can serve it too, on its own engagement and its own bill. A charity never pays for its directors' work.
Outside financial statements go elsewhere. If a lender or investor requires financial statements signed by an outside firm, we introduce you to one you engage directly.
Let's find out what you're carrying.
Thirty minutes, no charge. Tell us what you own and who handles it today, and we will tell you straight whether we can help.
